Education

I obtained my Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University and my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College. During my clinical internship I studied and became certified in Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. I am also certified in Functional Range Release soft tissue system, FRCms and Athletic Movement Assessment and Shift Concussion Management (lvl I)
Experience in Sports or Favourite Interests
I have played competitive sports at a high level, most notably baseball and hockey. I played two seasons in the semi-pro Intercounty Baseball League before attending chiropractic college. We won a bronze medal at the 2006 Junior National tournament for Team Ontario in baseball and I have won 4 other provincial championships. I have currently taken up Crossfit as a means of working out and staying fit.

I enjoy hiking, with one of my most memorable trips being hiking in the Adirondack Region in New York, Lake Louise in Alberta and Cinque Terre in Italy.
