800am – Comprehensive Detailed Medical Examination with Medical Practitioner

• Detailed family and personal medical history review
• Medication review
• Comprehensive head, neck, and physical examination

 

900am – Blood Work 

• Extensive laboratory analysis
• Complete medical interpretation and health recommendations

 

1000am – Orthopedic Assessment 

• Full joint-by-joint musculoskeletal review

 

1100am – Vision/Vestibular/Balance Assessment

• Functional vision and acuity assessment
• Balance assessment
• Fall risk prevention strategies

1130am – Radiology and Imaging 

• Full Spine Imaging (as prescribed and/or recommended)
• Ultrasound Imaging (Specific to gender – male and female)
• Carotid Artery assessment

 

Break (12-1pm) – Eat and Relax

 

100pm – Mental Health and Psychotherapy Assessment (Counsellor)

• Screening tools and full clinical assessment by registered professionals

 

200pm – Brain Health Assessment

• Neurocognitive performance testing

 

300pm – Physical Fitness Testing (Registered Kinesiologist)

• Functional movement screening
• Cardiovascular fitness
• Strength, endurance, and mobility testing
