Cancellation Policy

Dear Cobblestone Community,

We know that life can sometimes be unpredictable. Illness, family responsibilities, or unexpected events can arise — and when they do, your health and well-being are still our top priority.

At Cobblestone, we are committed to providing exceptional care in a way that respects both your time and the time of our dedicated team. In order to continue offering timely access to care for all of our patients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

  • Your Appointment Time Is Reserved Just for You
    Our team prepares thoughtfully for each visit to give you the best care possible. We ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms or updates, so we can begin your session on time. If it’s easier, many forms can be completed online before your appointment.

  • If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule
    We completely understand that things come up. If you’re unable to make it to your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us an opportunity to offer your time to someone else who may be waiting for care.

  • Running Late?
    We’ll do our best to accommodate you if you’re delayed. However, to be fair to others, we may need to end your appointment at the originally scheduled time. In these cases, the full appointment fee still applies.

  • Same-Day Cancellations
    We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel the same day, a 50% service fee will apply to help cover the time set aside for you.

  • Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
    When we don’t receive notice of a missed appointment, we are unable to offer that time to another patient. In these cases, the full fee will be charged. Missed appointments are not eligible for insurance reimbursement, and future bookings may be paused until the balance is cleared.

We promise to always show up for you — prepared, on time, and ready to help. We ask for your support in return by giving as much notice as possible when your plans change.
