What is NIHB Counselling?

The NIHB Program covers counselling services for eligible First Nations and Inuit individuals to support mental health and wellness. This federally funded program provides access to professional therapy at no cost to the client, helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with the support of qualified mental health professionals.
