We are a LOCAL, FAMILY OWNED, private multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Brant County. Our clinic first opened in 2013 at approx. 1300 sqr ft with physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy. Today, our Flagship Cobblestone Medicine and Rehab clinic is over 10,000 sqr ft located in Paris, Ontario located inside the prestigious Cowan Community Healthcare Hub!
We are Brant County’s LARGEST source for ALL your Orthopedic, Neurologic Rehab, Counselling and Psychotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, Performance/physical conditioning and wellness needs! We are always trying to expand our reach to service our amazing patients and since then, we have added satellite clinics in Paris, Brantford and Burford! Our team encompasses over 60 therapists from a multitude of registered healthcare disciplines.

Our clinic is comprised of a team of licensed primary health care providers, including Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Neuro-Optometrists, Occupational Therapists, Footcare Nurses, Pedorthists, Osteopaths, Naturopathic Doctors, TCM Acupuncturists, Athletic Therapists, Vision Therapists, Vestibular Therapists, Kinesiologists, Personal Trainers, Yoga Therapists, Home Care Nurses, support workers, and Family Medicine Physicians. Most of our clinical services do not require referrals. Our goal is to educate patients about their conditions and encourage them to participate in their own active care at home. We provide personalized active care rehab plans, which might include stretching or strengthening exercises, nutritional therapy, or other interventions tailored to the patient’s specific needs.
