NICOLE DAHL RMT, CR

Nicole provides Massage Therapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage Therapy, Sports Massage Therapy, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage (Vodder Certified), Pre/Post Natal Massage Therapy and Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment (N.I.S.A.).

Nicole studied massage therapy at Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, and after graduating in 2011 she promptly qualified as a Registered Massage Therapist.

Since becoming an RMT, Nicole has continued to expand her skill set so she can address patient needs with a variety of techniques. Every body is different and therefore important to approach each treatment uniquely. Nicole has had a lot of success decreasing pain and releasing restrictions by addressing fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds structures such as muscles, joints and organs) using a combination of NISA and Swedish techniques. Other techniques that she can incorporate into a treatment or use as a stand alone therapy include Manual Lymph Drainage, Reflexology, Thai massage, and Craniosacral.

In her free time, Nicole runs regularly, does yoga, pilates and receives massage. She believes that massage therapy is an excellent way to promote wellness and is essential for preventative healthcare. Previous work in an office provided Nicole with first hand experience how a seated posture can affect the body. Combined with a lifelong interest in health and wellness, it was this discomfort that made her become a massage therapist.

Nicole is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
