Welcome to Cobblestone Medicine and Rehab Centres!

We are thrilled to help you live your best life at Cobblestone Medicine and Rehab Centres! We believe that trust is the foundation of our services, and we strive to build it by providing the highest level of integrity and professionalism in everything we do. We want you to feel confident and secure in your experience with us, which is why we offer a range of healthcare services that are regulated and designed to meet your unique needs.

At Cobblestone, we believe in fair rates and policies to ensure that you get the best return on your investment. We offer both in-person and online video sessions to accommodate your busy schedule, and our team of experts is ready to help you achieve your goals. During your first visit, we will recommend a colleague who can assist with your treatment plan, ensuring that you receive the best care possible.

Finding the right therapist can be challenging, which is why we offer compatibility matching to ensure that we pair you with the therapist that best fits your needs. If you find that your therapist isn’t quite the right fit, we understand. That’s why we offer a complimentary initial session with another therapist.

We also offer complimentary meet-and-greets, allowing you to meet with any of our therapists for 15-30 minutes to determine the best fit for you. Our services are often covered by health care benefits, and we can direct bill for most insurance companies. If your specific carrier does not allow direct billing, don’t worry. We will collect payment at the time of your appointment and provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider.

We accept debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and cash payments at our clinic. If you are seeing a therapist over video or phone, payment must be made by credit card through our secure payment system or via Interac e-transfer. We want to make sure that you are comfortable and satisfied with your experience at our clinic, which is why we offer a cancellation policy that is fair to our therapists and other clients. Please give us a full 24-48 hours notice to cancel a session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full session rate.

We offer virtual therapy and online sessions for most therapy programs at Cobblestone Medicine and Rehab Centres. Your happiness is our top priority, and we are here to help you achieve your goals in a safe, supportive, and friendly environment.
